We held our first one day g/90, Saturday, September 23. The event was successful, with two sections (Open and U1600) and 24 participants.
As usual, Alexander Rutten was victorious, scoring a perfect 3-0 and winning the Open section and $150!
Another youngster, Raj Mehta, won the U1600, also with a perfect 3-0 score.

We had a brother and sister come from Alabama to play, and, they were the highest rated players in their respective sections! In fact, they said it was their first time playing USCF rated outside Alabama.
